At WSL we offer a unique and fast growing addition to the yoga repertoire and that is Stand Up Paddle Yoga, also known as SUP Yoga!
The additional challenge of maintaining your balance and yoga poses correctly on an unstable surface as a SUP board enhances the benefits, and while
is more challenging provides a fantastic view, not to mention the natural benefits of being on the water and in nature.
As we require the right tides and perfect calm waters in which to conduct our SUP yoga our courses are scheduled weekly and usually only run during
the calm wet season. October - May (dry season is too windy)
We can run classes during wet season on request and weather permitting.
